We are thrilled to receive the news that Her Majesty The Queen has approved the Prime Minister’s recommendation that Global Leadership Associates (GLA) should receive a Queen’s Award for Enterprise in the International Trade category this year. This commendation is seen as the most prestigious Award for UK businesses. Celebrating the radically different approach we take to leadership development and organisational transformation around the world, the Award also honours our ground-breaking psychometric tool, the Global Leadership Profile (GLP).
