OurTeamView pilot

Over the past two years, Global Leadership Associates and Renewal Associates have developed and researched OurTeamView and OurTeamView in Action – vertical team  assessments designed to bring these patterns into view and create new possibilities for team development. Following two research cohorts with experienced systemic team coaching  practitioners, we’re now opening OurTeamView more widely through a 12-month Founding Practitioner pilot.
