Sue Coyne PCC, ACTC

Sue is a seasoned and accredited executive, leadership, and team coach who believes passionately in developing sustainably effective leadership. She also facilitates workshops and speaks internationally on leadership-related topics. Sue is PCC and ACTC accredited by the International Coach Federation and has over 5,000 hours of coaching experience.

Sue began her career in sales and marketing with 3M. She moved into market research and was a Board Director of an SME for 20 years.  Aberdeen Asset Management invested in the business and, when they sold it in 2002, she embarked on her second career as an Executive and Team Coach.

On 1st September ‘Stop Doing Start Leading, How to Shift from Doing the Work Yourself to Becoming a Great Leader’ brought together her years of leadership experience, coaching leaders, the latest leadership thinking and neuroscience. She contributed to Leadership Team Coaching in Practice by Peter Hawkins, Enabling Genius by Myles Downey and Leading Beyond The Ego by John Knights and others. She headed up the Gateway to Team Coaching foundation programme for the Global Team Coaching Institute (GTCI); She is also faculty on the GTCI Practitioner and Senior Practitioner Programmes and sits on the GTCI leadership team. She is passionate about supporting executives, leaders, and leadership teams to realise their potential and, in so doing, to become sustainable high performers.
