Hard copy Transformations™ Cards
The hard copy cards consist of 84 Life Logic cards plus 50 Catalyst cards. The hard copy set is a flexible, user-friendly tool for self-understanding, coaching, leadership and culture development. The pack includes suggestions for a variety of coaching and group development uses. Among its benefits are the creation of self-insight and dialogue about the stages and processes of human development, in a way that is engaging as well as reflective, playful as well as serious, and impactful as well as fun.
Virtual Transformations online version
The online Transformations tool is designed for individuals of all ages and backgrounds with the aim of exploring one’s own individual journey by selecting virtual cards and journalling about the choices on an easy to use online platform, before downloading a pdf of this journey, and coming together to be shared within a group setting or coaching context. It offers a map for development of how we are becoming ever more expansive, and explorative in our reactions, where we are leaning into old habits, and where our reactions of today are taking us.

Our Transformations cards offer an open to all introduction to vertical development. If you want to go deeper, take a look at our other assessments. Locating current strengths and limitations in a leader’s decision-making process opens up the possibility for change.
