Alison is GLA’s Programme and Client Manager, providing professional, friendly and efficient support to both the coaching team at GLA and their extensive client base around the globe. She manages GLA’s Certification Programmes, and liaises with clients and coaches who wish to continue their learning and development with GLA. She has helped set up and manage various projects, including GLA’s online Transformations cards, implementing company project management software and applying for accreditation of programmes by the International Coaching Federation. In addition, Alison has more than 15 years’ experience in organisations around Warwickshire and the West Midlands, as an Executive Assistant, in Finance Administration, and on training and recruitment projects, including 4 years running her own childcare business. Her work has shown her to be reliable and supportive in enabling long-term business development through working closely and effectively with others, whilst contributing ideas, initiative and creativity.
