This Introduction to Vertical Coaching program is designed to introduce and provide coaches with an experience of the mindsets, knowledge, and skills needed for vertical developmental coaching. Coaches who engage in vertical coaching focus on supporting individuals in their personal and professional growth, enabling them to navigate an increasingly complex world and meet the evolving needs of their organization.
Through this experiential four-week, four session program, coaches will delve into the practices and principles of vertical development and action inquiry, exploring different action-logics and engage in practices of collaborative inquiry uniquely designed to enhance their own development. Participants will complete one of GLA’s vertical assessments as pre-work to support their own development in the program.
