Emma Jarman

Emma started her professional life as a musician, moving into the education sector in the early 1990s. She has carried out executive leadership roles transforming culture at scale in large educational organisations in the UK for almost a decade. Her professional roles have included: teacher, leader, consultant, inspector, board member, leadership coach-mentor and leadership development facilitator / trainer. Emma supports leaders and their teams in cultivating agile, purposeful and generative leadership.
She is an Advanced Practitioner in vertical development and action inquiry, a Global Leadership Profile Certified Coach, and a GLP commentary writer. Emma’s practice draws on inquiry, the arts, and systemic and adult development lenses to cultivate increased agility in how we think, feel, connect, and act as leaders.
