Craig Stanton MCC
Craig Stanton, MCC, is an Executive Leadership Coach and organizational development consultant, who has been coaching leaders for approximately 15 years across the world.
Craig approaches coaching as a future-focused, ongoing relationship that raises self-awareness, self-responsibility, and self-belief. He brings expertise from many areas into his coaching, including developmental theory, appreciative inquiry, and his own background as both a teacher and executive leader. He typically partners with clients to see their situation more clearly, identifying ways to support intentional management of behaviors that accelerate or detract from personal effectiveness. Craig’s style is a blend of unusual honesty and curiosity, warmth, deep listening, and non-judgmental connection.
Craig has served as a faculty member of multiple university-based coach training programs, including Georgetown University’s Coaching Certificate Program (6 years), and Rutgers and American University Coaching Certificate programs (4 years). He is committed to teaching and training others to use the foundational skills of coaching. Craig’s perspective on leadership effectiveness is informed by 20+ years of executive leadership in the Federal government, along with his significant experience supporting private sector clients.
